When you can get a refund, and when you can't.
Different rules apply to wireless internet passes and to project work, since they work differently.
Wireless internet passes
Once a pass (6-Hour, 2GB, Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) has been activated or used, it's non-refundable, the same way a mobile data bundle is once it's on your line. If a pass was paid for but never activated, we'll refund it if you contact us within 48 hours of purchase. If the network is down and a pass can't be used for a meaningful part of its duration because of a fault on our end, contact us and we'll credit or extend it.
Software, web, and app development projects
A deposit paid before work starts is fully refundable if you decide not to proceed before we begin. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable, since it covers time already spent. For larger projects billed in milestones, each milestone becomes non-refundable once that stage of work is delivered; milestones not yet started remain refundable.
Managed IT support and consulting
These are billed for time and work actually performed, so they're handled case by case rather than under a fixed refund rule. If something feels off about an invoice, email us and we'll sort it out directly.
How to request a refund
Email admin@astrotechsolutions.dev with what you paid for and when. We'll confirm eligibility under the terms above and process approved refunds back to your original payment method within a few business days.
