Who we are
Astro Tech Solutions is a registered business operating in Ghana, providing managed IT support, software and app development, and wireless internet access. You can reach us at admin@astrotechsolutions.dev or +233 53 051 4730.
Our services
Managed IT support, software development, web and app development, and IT consulting are agreed with each client individually, project scope, pricing, and timelines are set out separately (by email, quote, or contract) before work begins. Wireless internet access is currently available only in Accra and Cape Coast, Ghana, at the pricing listed on the Services page.
Payment and refunds
Wireless internet passes are prepaid. Project work is billed as agreed per project (deposit and milestones, or another structure set out in your quote). See our Refund Policy for when refunds apply.
Service availability
We work to keep the wireless network and our support response times reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages, maintenance, and factors outside our control (power, weather, third-party infrastructure) can affect availability. For wireless faults on our end that affect a meaningful part of a pass's duration, see the Refund Policy.
Astro AI, the chat assistant
Astro AI is provided to answer general questions about our services, pricing, and coverage. It's informational, not a binding quote or contract, anything it tells you about pricing or availability is based on the same information published on this site and can be confirmed directly with us before you commit to anything. Don't use it to submit content that's unlawful, abusive, or intended to interfere with the service.
Intellectual property
The content on this website (text, design, logo) belongs to Astro Tech Solutions. Work shown in our portfolio remains the property of the respective client unless otherwise agreed; we display it with their permission. Software or other work we build for you under a project agreement is owned as set out in that agreement.
Limitation of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or this website, including lost income or data, except where that liability can't be limited by law. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update; continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
